Why do women like hank moody

You can see that the first thing that happens is that he drops his cigarette in the holy water. This is already setting him apart from the majority of other men who are very conformist and are trying to play by the rules.

Acting this way means by necessity that you are very confident and that you have courage, that you know that you are able to deal with whatever comes up as a result of your acts. Then as he addresses god, he addresses him in his own unique way, through this superior and self-amusing subcommunications. Now the nun or sister appears in the frame. By the way teasing works because a tease is a statement that indicates that you are higher value and as such feel confident enough to be able to tell her something that might offend her because is a joke about her, is lowering her value, a little, but done playfully.

He is saying something that could be interpreted as something rude, but he is able to say this and get away with it, because he has eliminated all of his filters of insecurity, when a normal person says something like this or thinks about saying something like this, he probably has a ton of filters of insecurity firing at the same time, making him feel uncertain and this is subcommunicated, and the other persons picks up on this and reacts negatively to the tease or joke.

As Hank is explaining himself to the nun he is cursing saying things like god damn or fuck up, to a nun, in church in front of god. He is trying to be respectful, but he is just so used to expressing himself freely and so used to not giving a fuck, to thinking that he is entitle to be who he is fully, even if he is an asshole who curses all of the time, he owns it, so much that he cannot help it, by the way this is something that you can see very clearly in Gary Veynerchuck, and that authenticity is what causes women to become irresistibly attracted to Hank Moody.

Now this is also important, the nun, and again I know that this is a TV show and they are taking things to extreme fantasy levels, but the principles still apply in real life, the nun, offers him a blow job and the other girls in the show start offering him sex all of the time, because he acting in this way, makes them feel like they can take that sexual bitchy I want to fuck part of themselves and express it safely with him because they feel no downside.

As you keep moving forward and start opening your mind and stop judging yourself and others and you become more authentic, what is going to happen is that other people around will also start to open up and will become more authentic with you, and then you will start to see this new sides of them that you were not able to see before.

So with women this means that as you judge them less, by judging you less, they will start to show you that sexual part of themselves, they will feel safe to be sexual around you and tell you all of their little secrets and of course be a lot more sexually forward with you, but while you keep judging they will not show you that crazy sexual part of them, you will only be shown the prude reserve side of them.

In this next scene he sleeps with a women that has a couple and then he has to run away. The guy is going to kick his ass, and how does hank act? This comes through his day-to-day antics along with his amazing wit and off-side humour. He often says things that many people can only sit and scratch their head at…That's exactly what you want. Almost every three episodes we see Hank apologizing to Becca or Karen.

While some will argue that sorry doesn't cut it after it's said over and over again, it's better to get a sorry over and over than never get one at all.

This goes back to my earlier point about men often times being selfish and unwilling to think about the other persons feelings. Being selfish we often are stubborn when it comes to apologizing for doing something wrong. We make up excuses and rarely admit our mistakes. Hank recognizes the importance of admitting when you're wrong and also optimistic that he will beat his demons. You see, a lot of us are unhappy with the person we are on the outside as well as on the inside.

However, instead of making an attempt at fixing or even seeing our own faults we dismiss them and never strive to improve. If were commitment to constantly improving ourselves and becoming better men, we'll live a more fulfilling life. And anyone who hangs faithfully by someone who has to apologize for the same repeat behavior, should probably have the air in their head let out some. Maybe we should just try being ourselves.

That way we don't have to epitomize made up TV characters while pretending to be "keep it real". Specifically around being ourselves. This post is in no way shape or form saying that people should go out and be like Hank Moody. What it's saying is that there are a few things that we can learn from his character. Just because it's make believe doesn't mean we can't learn a thing or two from it..

I'm with Ross on this one. I think a lot of people look to fictional characters because it's easier, sometimes, to point out characteristics that we admire or otherwise appreciate. There's a lot of guys who dig on Don Draper and Roger Sterling style. Just do. I think Ross makes a good pull on these points, also. Some of these observations are pulled as a result of Hank being kind of a douchey fella. Your email address will not be published.

He is calm and playful, avoids confrontation. His lot in life produces in him this urge to engage in the art of debasing. No wonder Duchovny came back for this role. It calls for him to be jaded and snarky and searingly flippant in the face of his own unravelling. Either overly obsessed or deeply disinterested.
